Oral ingestion of cocaine depends. If large amounts you could still feel the high but in small amounts not so much. It'd be a waste since only a bit would work while smoking freebase or nasal ingestion would take more of the cocaine HCl into your bloodstream.

Every time I see this "HCl" I'm thinking "hydrochloric acid" and think "it can't possibly be anywhere better than fatal to snort one of the strongest conventional acids known to man".
