If you really look close to the pictures you can tell the slight differences. It's like with identical twins. There is always a way to tell them apart.

The one in the left has a rounder head, and hair line is a stright line. Where as the right has a longer face and he has signs of first stage of male pattern baldness on his hair line. Not to mention their eyebrows are diffrent, the one on the left how he has his lips postion may indecat a tooth problem. (Maybe broken teeth or a missalined gum line.) There is more suttle diffrences.
