I have 2 small beautymarks on my cheek; one right above the other, and some girls went around saying that they were fake and I had them tattoo'd on... I was 14.
Also, I'm Indian so I have straight hair, but there were girls going around school saying that my hair was chemically straightened... Again, Indians naturally have straight hair, it's one of our genetic specs, so to say. Anyone with even a little knowledge about common traits within races would know...
Ahh yes, the joys of highschool/middleschool.
I had something similar happen to me. In middle school, this entire group of girls went around the school saying I wore a wig, and when I confronted them about it I let them pull on my hair to prove it wasn't a wig, and the very next day they started going around saying that I must have traded my wig in for a weave.
Middle school was such a joy.
When my openly-bi best friend broke up with her longtime boyfriend a few years ago, naturally we hung out more often to help her forget about it. However, some people decided this was unusual and started to spread rumours that she and I were dating. She now has a new boyfriend but I am still facing the repercussions of the rumour because everyone thinks I'm a lesbian, even people at other schools... -.- I mean there's nothing wrong with being a lesbian, it's just not true in my case, and that's what's annoying about it.
There's a rumour currently going around my highschool that my friends and I are Lesbians, though in reality, we all have boyfriends. I mean, come on, really?

My friend gave me the silent treatment for a rumor saying she should hang out with me instead of another girl, which first of all I never said and second of all that is just retarded
There was a rumor that I have beaten people up so badly that I've put them in the hospital and that I'm an animal once someone pisses me off... I've never been in a fight ever
