The bottom of my shower has a little grid pattern type thing and when it gets soapy I shuffle my feet to clean them.

I can't even really reach my feet unless I'm sitting down otherwise my blood pressure will make me pass out.

It fluctuates like a yoyo one minute it's 92/55 the next its 176/115 and usually ends in a headache if I don't take my controller meds that is.

Holy cow. Mine's always high unless I take my meds. I have fainted once or twice from being over medicated for it but that yo-yo would drive me nuts.

Yeah it's no fun, when it's stabilized by the meds its around 107/62, the not so funny thing about it was I never knew about the problem until I had a mild heart attack at 24 (I'm 29 now) but since then it's been pretty stable.

I'm glad you're still alive. Mine is from a genetic kidney disease/kidney failure. Do you ever feel annoyed at it? Like "I'm too young to have this wrong with me?"

Yeah I hate it, having to take three pills a day, blood tests every month, check blood pressure 5 times a day! The worst part was the freaking probing they did to make sure I didn't have any blockages (thankfully none) I can't still remember feeling that thing moving in my neck!

Ugh. I also have to take a bunch of pills and monthly labs. Don't have to check my pressure as often which is nice. I hate it too sometimes. Well at least it's nice knowing someone else understands. Most of my friends and family think it's more/less serious than it actually is. Or they forget about it entirely. The worst for me is when they ask if I'm pregnant because my kidneys make my belly stick out but I actually can't be pregnant now because I could die... It stinks because I want a bigger family and it just reminds me that I can't now.

Yeah most people don't understand that stuff, most look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them I've had a stress related heart attack but that was one factor plus having benign hypertension didn't help since it turned malignant pretty quick.

Yup. My medical stuff is most of the reason I deal with depression.

Then all the dirt on the bottom of the shower is on your feet. Feet sweat ALLOT so you need to scrub them.
