No, to be saved you just have to accept gods gift of forgiveness. The relationship starts once you are already saved.

Exactly. You just proved the picture's point. Basically if you don't have faith it doesn't matter what you do. You're apparently damned anyway.

You can't force yourself to believe. Sure, you can pretend, and satisfy all those people with their pamphlets and loud words, but in the end it wouldn't be real. The outcome can only be bad. You need to persuade with action, show us that it is the right thing, that the faith is justified. Don't say that you can't, that that's what faith is all about. That just starts it all over again.
