That black guy in the picture actually died on the spot. In the video he starts pleading and begging, saying that he can't breathe over and over but the cops still don't release their grip. Tragic :'c
Context? I already know the background of the black guy's story, but the white guy's wearing a vest. Was there a standoff?
It's one thing to apprehend someone, another if they surrendered after some sort of negotiation.

The white guy walked into a church in Charleston, South Carolina and murdered 9 people who were at bible study.
Alright.
Was there a standoff, or negotiation?
Considering he's alive, I gotta assume the police didn't go after him into the church. Cause he'd be dead then.
.
I'd kill him myself if given the chance.
Well that's the difference. Thew black guy fought and fought till he killed himself trying to get away. The white guy turned around and put his hands behind his back. Lets not aggravate the situation by lying about it.
Killed himself trying to get away? Are you fucking serious? Eric Garner was selling loose cigarettes on the streets of NYC, and when a cop confronted him about it, he mouthed off. The cop then proceeded to apply an illegal choke hold while another cop held Garner down. The video captures Garner saying he can't breathe and the cop saying "fuck your breath." Nobody killed Eric Garner except those officers, that's pretty damn clear.

And let's not forget he was just mouthing off because he knew that force was not required but was being applied.
Tbh its true that black and white people are treated differently by American cops but maybe the cops saw the black man as more of a threat due to his size? But still, i guess thats no excuse
If you would have seen the video you'd know that wasn't he case.
And all he was doing was selling cigarettes anyway. Not even to underage people or anything, just untaxed.
So a man that was suspected of selling loose cigarettes and is large is a bigger threat than a man who shot and killed 9 people? Come on how on earth does that make any sense
In America, occasionally someone will die unjustly.
In China, you will disappear for speaking against the party.
In Russia, your untimely death will become a state secret.
In parts of the Middle East, you will be tortured to death for denying the will of someone claiming to represent Allah.
The point I'm trying to make, is that police do much more good than bad, and that overstating the bad is ignorant and selfish.
I chose to support my point by citing what other nations are doing. I have those examples to point out that in your rush be a victim, you're confusing molehills for mountains.
Sometimes I wonder , where the hell are the people? I mean I don't think I would be able to just stand there watching cops hurt a man like the way they were hurting the black man. This would be different if people would step in. The hell to being arrested. He needed someone to help him out then & it's sad nobody has the guts to stop the cops.
There have been some cases when people have stepped in. Every single time they end up getting hurt and imprisoned too. But also, most people are programmed to think the cops are always the good guys and are always right. It's what the government has been feeding people their whole lives.
Eric did not deserve to die, his persecution was quick and not righteous at all, he deserved a trial by his peers. Dylann was a piece of shit and I'm happy he didn't escape death, he needs to be punished. Let's try and stay as a team and govern each other as we all have an unalienable right to freedom.
Comparing apples to oranges is absolutely the way to go about creating arguments for change. How about we compare this recent arrest to the DC sniper arrest, which is a far better comparison?
Or it COULD be that the picture of the white kid was taken well after he was arrested, on his way to arraignment, while the picture of the black man was taken while he was BEING arrested. Resist: get handled rough. That's just the way it works.
