Shoutout to the moms who've been both the mom and the dad. Sure I never had daddy's love, but I had you, and that was enough.

My father left me when i was young. I won't tell you my sob story because I'm sure I'm not the only one. Though I will deny it when asked, his absence has left a whole in my heart, in my soul. But my mother has been there for me when he wasn't and though she and I don't get along very well sometimes, and we fight, she is my mom, my dad, my protector. So, shout out to, not only the single moms, but all single parents out there who have done everything they could to be everything for their child/children. And a shout out to those kids who've only had one parent, remind them that you love them.

My first dad died when I was little and even though I got adopted, his absence left a hole as well so I understand that very well. Father's day has always been a bit tender for me because of that. My heart feels for you.

Thank you. I can't begin to imagine what it's like to lose someone like that, im incredibly sorry for your loss. My own father left to Atlanta(or is it Alabama? I forget) when i was young and although we've kept some sort of contact, it's always left me feeling like utter shot. I've lost contact with him about a month ago.

I'm so sorry. That's got to hurt terribly. I know it's not the same coming from a random internet person, but you seem like an awesome person and if I was your dad, I'd be proud of you.

SOrry, Lakada. I don't really follow your posts. Consider the possibility that great minds think alike. Or not. Do whatever you want, really.

So those Instagram girls need to stfu about not having a Valentine on Valentine's because a lot of people don't have a father on Father's Day or a mother on Mother's Day

Aw. :( And daddy is supposed to be a girl's first love. ;-; All you girls, if you haven't already given your dad a BIG hug, do so now. :)

That whole sentiment has always creeped me the fuck out. That's some next level Purity Ball shit right there.
