Not really, they support their version of equal opportunity, which involves everything being stacked in favor of the rich. Though they do support equal opportunity between races. To a certain degree.
I'm republican. I know a lot of republicans.
And I can promise you, we don't want things stacked for the rich, we want people to be able to earn prosperity, and we want them to be able to enjoy it.
.
Notice how I said people? That statement does not factor skin pigmentation.
White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, or whatever, it doesn't matter.
We want them to have opportunity, not priority.
Most republicans will agree with me.
exactly it's great if a girl has been able to go through life and not be in a situation where she feels unequal
but that isn't the case for everyone yet (male and female)
I guess it's a good thing that girls don't need feminism, even though things still aren't equall between men and women. Girls and all people should however be feminists because of the women in third world countries who are greatly oppressed.
A feminist is a women that advocates for the rights of women being equal to men. That is the feminism that got women rights and equality. Feminism now is that which feels that we're entitled to more. That feminism is not feminism. It's extreme women's empowerment. It's a superiority complex. It's extra and it's not needed bc we already have what a true feminist wants and what true feminists fought for.
The differece lies between on of them being an ideology (feminism: men and women should have equal rights) and the other being a political party. All feminists (yes, that includes men) believe in that basic tenant of equality stated earlier in order to be categorized as members of the feminist movement. Fundamental or superficial changes in ideology are expected for a political party because of its purpose is to further the causes and beliefs of a group of like-minded people whatever they may be. In essence, the definition of feminism will not change because it's an ideology, while the Republican party's views on race are subject to change because it is a political party.
Republican is a political movement feminisim is a social movement, big difference. Feminisim didn't give us rights it gave us a unifying cause to fight for our rights, it gave a name for our individual voices to be heard. There is nothing to ponder here apart from you lack of knowledge about feminisim. Educate yourself.
And I can promise you, we don't want things stacked for the rich, we want people to be able to earn prosperity, and we want them to be able to enjoy it.

You're gonna need more than that.
