I've never heard that before. But it is a very inexpensive instrument and relatively easy, so it is a good general music tool.

Everyone in my middle school had to play an instrument. I did 3 years of trumpet :)

Really? I think so fast my mouth can't keep up, but I got a second black belt at the recorder.

Well it didn't work on me because I do have asthma and sometimes I end up saying things in a weird accent that makes me sound like I have a speech impediment... \_['.']_/
