Mmmmmm no they are normal white tigers and lions are in fact produced by nature,and where originally white because of all the snow they had to adapt and change color to white so that they could hunt more easily. And at the end of the Ice Age when there was practically less snow and eventually became a grass land they again had to adapt to the grass color as to their present colors now the white color on their gene's still exists but only rarely surface on each generation.the fact that white bears exists raise the question of why can't there be white tigers and white lions.

I think he means is that lions and tigers are not the same species and cannot reproduce fertile offspring
