:( great compilation, but still sad. I'm male, my last IT job my boss was a women. She was one kick ass IT pro. I'd call her at 3 am when a server crashed and half asleep she would spot off exactly what I had to do to bring the bugger back up. Hell, she knew the system better than anyone else, it was her pride and joy. I for one was constantly impressed.
