You could try mithridatism. It's the practice of building up a tolerance to a poison by consuming a nonlethal dose of the poison and then slowly increasing the dosage over time until you can withstand fatal doses. It can take three or more years to actually build up a high enough tolerance to withstand a lethal dose but once you can, I would assume that your blood would have a fairly high quantity of that poison, so long as you continued to ingest it, which could probably take out any mosquito that tried to bite you. This may also be a good way to find out who's stealing your lunches at your office, just don't use a lethal dose and put a little skull and crossbones on the box. Though be careful because it's easy to accidentally kill yourself and if you try to increase the dosage to quickly you'll poison yourself. Look up toxophagi, mithridatism, or arsenic eaters if you want more information.

This is how allergy shots work, been doing them for seven years. Do you know of a way to get this done professionally?

They're still going to bite you. The only difference is that they'll die after biting you and you'll get cancer. Just kill them with spray. Spray your little heart out.

No need to poison yourself. The better answer is to just use DDT. DDT was banned based on a huge load of assumptions and bad science. There have been millions of preventable deaths due to malaria since DDT was banned and estimates indicate that if it had not been banned malaria would be nearly wiped out by now.
