When people hate on men dressing like women I highly doubt it's because they think being a woman is shameful. They just think a man dressing like a woman is shameful.
Not nesccessarily, most t-shirts fit either the same way. Its mostly about the body. If people see a manky man with no curves wearing a curvy dress its automatically shameful. If he was wearing a T-shirt dress with leggings then he wouldn't be shamed just looked at twice every 10 people.
A person hating on any other person for whatever clothes they are wearing, or thinking that anybody dressing like anything was "shameful" at all, is basically just a hater, no matter how he is trying to rationalize their stereotypes. So there is no difference to someone who thinks being a woman was shamefull.
