Dude no. In like 7th or 8th grade I wore this pretty black one-sleeved dress for my birthday & the assistant principal comes up & was like "You need to go upstaits & put a sweater on" & in my head I was like 'Oh cuz demm boys be like DAT SHOULDER DOOOE' so stupid -_-
At that same school the dress code was finger-length shorts (like putting hands on your side & that's how short they could be) but nooooooo one else followed that rule
What do you mean "indecent how"? Indecency is based on social norms. It is what it is. Cover yourself properly.
Also how well your school enforces its dress code is an entirely separate issue.

I hate to break it to you but that's life there are rules and youll see people breaking them and not get caught and you will and you'll break rules and not get caught and others will
Alright so if we have to cover our shoulders then guys shouldnt be able to wear those cut off shirts that are cut almost all the way down. Those things show way more than just shoulders but isnt considered "indecent"

I'm not saying I agree with it but life's not fair and it never will be just adjust as best you can... And whoever down voted me obviously hasn't realized that yet and also down votes don't bother me everyone is entitled to there opinions wrong or right
I dont know if it was the case at her school but i do know it was at mine. Girls have been sent home for too much shoulder, meanwhile most of the guys in my class ( all 9 of them) would wear those cut offs. One guy even wore a crop top one day to prove it was ridiculous and no one said anything.
Another fun little story, one guy wore a marilyn monroe sweater (one of the sexy ones that shows her nearly naked with just her arms covering her breasts and was sent to the principal. But he just sent the guy back to class cuz he didnt see anything wrong with it (my teacher then put a piece of "censoring duct tape" over it
Dress code doesnt even mention it. Just no short shorts, leggings, yoga pants, covered shoulders, belly button showing, (which he did) skirts have to be long, open toed sandals are a no no.
You guys get upset when guys have their boxers showing, but apperently if its a bra strap it's ok. It's all underwear and that's not very professional looking to show.

Do you know if that is or isn't the case at pattywhack125's school?
But debate is fun.
@badwolf
Did the dress code support that stuff?
