I believe bull sharks are one of the only ones that can survive in fresh water for a little while. I think i remember hearing about an incident on animal planet where sharks accidentally went to a freshwater river and survived there.
Actually for anyone who is interested; bull sharks are the only species if shark that can survive in both fresh and salt water. I don't know the full details as I am no shark expert I'm just a fourteen year old girl who find great interest in sharks. They change "things" in their organs so that they can adapt to the water. In many fresh water bodies that connect to the ocean is bull shark delivery grounds. The reason some bull shark would rather give birth in fresh water is because there is less predators besides alligators, crocodiles and humans. There is also an abundant food supply. Sharks must start feeding as soon as they are born to store calories and receive energy.
That's pretty messed up, but the sharks are of course restricted to the water. The rest of the course proper is perfectly safe.

The most dangerous golf course in the world is on Camp Bonifas, South Korea. Not on the DMZ, but IN the DMZ. It is a one hole, par three course that is surrounded by minefields on three sides. Yes, stray shots have set mines off.
.
Bear in mind that on the course, you're not just surrounded by mines, you're also in North Korean artillery, mortar, sniper and machine gun range.
just in case you are interested.
