You kinda hold the top to hold it together, then you kinda tilt your head and the taco like you're gonna kiss, by instead you bite it from the side.

that is no taco. tacos are made of soft delicious corn based tortilla. That crispy thing is made from wheat flour. Tacos is a mexican dish. Respect tacos. Tacos is life.
