Tumblr also likes to erase anyone that isn't gay. If you're any other sexuality and in a relationship with someone you're either labeled straight or gay despite not being that.

Well actually...you know how some Christian's are receiving a lot of hate (and legal action) for not making cakes for gay weddings? Well some people decided to go to bakeries run by gay people and ask them to make pro-heterosexual cakes and were denied by many of them. This is going to happen on each oppositional viewpoint.

The large issue is moving sexuality, through legal precedent, into being a protected class in the same level of scrutiny as sex, so that discrimination cannot legally occur unless there is an unreasonable accommodation requested.
