It's not a rumor. He was arrested for child porn and subway dropped him.

Just did some reasearch, and he wasn't arrested. He's under investigation because of a former employee of his foundation, and because of comments he made 10 years ago about the attractiveness of middle school aged girls. Also, Subway has not officially 'dropped' him yet; though they've suspended everything other than his black card (which allows him to eat for free at any Subway)
