They even captured the frame of some kind of fuel change or decoupling or something.

That's a rare picture b/c the water off the coast is restricted due the booster rockets and fuel tank falling there. I could be wrong though. That looks like a mountain on the left so this wouldnt be at Cape Canaveral.

Don't quote me on this but I think that they have tried to launch a rocket off of the water and this is most likely a pic of that
