A man at work told me that they test jackets to see how they fair if one falls off a motorcycle and leather is the best so if you can, wear leather.

how the jackets fair or how the person does? cuz that's important. in the end anything is better than nothing but leather is hot as hell, hell that's why i wasn't wearing any jacket to begin with, this is Florida, its hot.

there are abrasion tests, leather is best, but there are other materials with CE armor that work as well
