Actually, some people with o blood types can accept a certain subset of b types but only if a certain antibody isn't present in their blood. For organs anyway...
And I'm o+. Makes finding a donor annoying.

Also gotta check for the minor matching and other groupings like the m n o system etc.. Many times the same groups in the abo system will not match..
