On one side it looks like it will open the gates of Hell and let the demons come go rampage on your home, but on the other it looks like it will softly purr while looking into your eyes in awe and sleep in your arms to comfort you

It's not dyed. As the title says, the cat is a chimera, which is a genetic anomaly where an organism (animal, plant, or human) possesses two different sets of DNA. One of this cat's DNA sets codes for black fur, the other for orange.
