That would be awesome, however, I can sense a couple problems, one 3D printing takes several hours to complete, even for a small object, and two, I can just see the pricing be ridiculous.

So much yes. Seriously, it's impossible to find one that fits well.

It would need to calculate how much lift is needed for each boob based on density and sagging

THIS WOULD BE SO GREAT like one of my boobs always seems bigger than the other and then you wouldn't get that awkward line on the top of the bra

the issue is that the shape of ur boob in the bra are different than the shape of your boobs when they are uncovered, and you'd need them to be uncovered when scanning. Also most people won't be willing to go topless to have their tits scanned jsut for a bra.
