She looks like one of the cops from the 80's American show CHiPs.

She looks happy to be there. Which goes a long way towards a good community. I never understood why people riot and destroy their own neighborhood. I don't want to live in a shit hole despite the various injustices in the world. There are proper avenues for voicing your displeasure with officials and police. As a black male I've found the best course of action regarding the police was to not commit crime. Again, because I don't want to live in a bad community. We should ask do our part and maybe we could all smile like the young woman in picture.
Almost completely off topic...
Someone with experience with handguns respond to me.
Is it more comfortable and practical to use a leg holster (like Han Solo) instead of one on the hip? I find it's much more comfortable to take out my knives when I have a leg pocket than a hip pocket because my hand naturally drops to that position, and I can take it out when I'm sitting. Is it the same with guns?
The reason you wear a gun on your hip is because you don't want to draw it. It takes practice and effort. If you put a small arm on your leg you only draw it in crisis and if a kill would be necessary. The theory is that an exposed hip weapon will deescalate most confrontations.
Threat is often better than the reality. I don't approve of open carry. But If someone had a gun on their hip I would think twice if I were bad and call the cops if I were good.

Sounds fair...
