Actually we were all chilling in the shed with music blaring and my dad asked me to find a hammer and was quite puzzled when I screamed "TURN THE MUSIC DOWN I CANT SEE"

Actually, it's a psychosomatic response to our effort to concentrate on a task. We literally have to do stuff like that otherwise we find ourselves distracted.

Please tell me that other people do this... When in the car and talking to someone, telling a story, and even though the music is off you turn the sound dial down?! I need to know im not crazy!!
