True parents will do without to ensure their children don't!

My dad grew up in poverty with the most prominent childhood memories being hungry and his parents (my grandparents) took out a huge loan to send him and my aunts to private boarding schools and get an education and away from the village they grew up in. My grandparents starved all through their schooling and it wasn't until they died 40 years later, and were still in debt from sending them to school that dad found out what they did. All three of them graduated and although none have ever been rich they are all far better of than their parents were and since leaving school have never been hungry.
