This is gonna be a little wordy.
When Kasuto first encountered Asada she thought he was a girl, but he didn't know that. She offered to help him, and he accepted gladly because he really needed the help in this game he'd never played before but planned on joining a high-ranking tournament in. The point where he realized that she thought he was a girl was the point where she said something along the lines of "us girls have to help each other out". So at the same time that he realized that she thought he was girl he also realized that the fact that she thought he was a girl was the main reason she was being so helpful. He still needed the help, so he needed to keep up the charade that he was a girl.

There are only two seasons.
Yes we do, and there's still more source material to adapt past that. Considering the show's popularity, it would be a big mistake on the producers part to stop making it.
Can you give me a link to something saying SAO III will air next year? Google gives nothing, and I expect that would be relatively big news.
Also I am aware of the eight current Alicization LNs.
GGO (gun gale online) is actually a really cool setting for SAO 2, it's beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Asada or Shinon is the main, badass female lead. The plot was intreresting, and it sort of mirrored the original SAO plot but in a completely different take with a FPS.
yeah if you like anime and you have already watched the best of the best, go check it out :)
XD I've watched about 5 episodes of it, but I really liked it. They do move on slowly, however, I'll give you that. Wait shit SAO2 is that the one where they find the sword at the bottom of the ice cavern or whatever?

Why did he have to pretend to be a girl with Asada? I really didn't see the point in doing that.

Secondly, there's been an English dub for, like, a year now.
How do you know that if you don't speak Japanese?
Also, what makes you think English dubs are any more accurate?
