Yes, but those are not all the types of shark that accidentially attack people. Those killed sharks are often a lot smaller and used for food.

they still kill a lot of big sharks. Normally for shark fin soup. Shark fishers will literally just cut the fins off and then toss the sharks back in so that the sharks will drown. Its really disturbing

i wish they would start getting specific with the dont-kill-sharks propaganda, because YES killing the big apex ones is not a great idea, but the smaller catch-from-shore-eat-at-home ones are a totally different story, and when my friends-from-home start loosing their shit when i post pics of bonnetheads i am gunna eatupyum its really annoying to have to explain the difference.

animals kill animals, this stuff happens, though I do wish humans, being much more intelligent, would limit the killing of other animals.
