I imagine the uniform might be a bit uncomfortable at times, though. Not that it matters when it's so badass.

They probably trained from birth to be the most badass fighters in the galaxy, similar to clone troopers but the guards can actually hit soemthing

Originally the Guards were the most elite, loyal, and able of the Senate security forces and the Senate Commandos. The Imperial Royal Guards is just a name change so the staff would have been the same.
