Uncle Iroh and Zuko have the strongest relationship. Zuko is the son Iroh wishes he'd never lost while Iroh is the loving father Zuko never truly had.

I wonder if Ziko's mother had an affair and Iroh is actually Zuko's son. And his dad knows but didn't say anything to keep his reputation in the Fire Nation but he resents Zuko as the embodiment of his loveless relationship with his wife and his brother
