It's really weird seeing that because the face is right above the thumbs up and it looks like someone frowning while holding a thumbs up under their chin.
I don't think so. We see blood, what, maybe one day out of thirty? Maybe 4 or 5 if you're involved in violent sports? And even then, it's, "Oh look I'm bleeding I should probably do something about it," five minutes later it's done. With girls, they're consistently shedding the linings of an internal organ for 7 days out of 30, sometimes more, and staring at it whenever they pee. I'm pretty sure that qualifies as "more blood."
Good point. However, only a small percentage of guys fall into that range, and all pre-menopause women menstruate, so it still averages out that they see more blood than we do.
