Don't victimize our generation. Every decade has it's own problems, and the next generation will overcome them in favor of new problems.
That is how humanity advances, without it we would have stagnated as a race a long time ago.
I can all but guarantee that the people who relate to this post have never been in a position of leadership, say nothing about attempting to solve a complicated problem between cultures whos core values conflict. Part of being a leader is realizing that perfect outcomes where everyone gets what they want, when dealing with large groups of people are almost impossible to attain.
Its easy to sit in the comfort of a reletively safe country and judge the people who have been charged with making a change. Its MUCH more dificult to help the change yourself.
