He's actually a very nice man, and he has some of the cleanest kitchens I've ever seen. When it comes to yelling at adults, it's because they're grown ass people that can't kick it into gear, and ratings. All about those ratings.
I also think it's because the adults are supposed to be professional chefs. If they can't handle being yelled at, they have no business being in a fast paced, intense environment like a kitchen.
