It is definitely Florida. My aunts always say it's because the stupid drivers from up north (this is not intended to offend anyone, sorry!) come down here. That's why Florida is full of bad driving xD

This is a true statement. Try living in Orlando and driving through the tourist attraction areas every day.

This was not the experience I had in Florida. I couldn't even cross the street legally at a light without people speeding through reds at 60km/ph.
