Arthur was brutal

in my experience most bullies were just people who were also being bullied in some form.

Arrogance can be a cover for insecurity or it can simply be arrogance.

From what I know, the initial harassment MAY come from insecurities. But full blown CONSISTENT BULLYING is caused by arrogance/narcissism.

Or how they just levitate in thin air...

I watched Arthur up until 6th grade. I was eleven. Pbs kids was life, ahah

... I watched it til I was like 16... I catch the occasional episodes sometimes though.
