As a girl,I personally prefer guys without chest hair.

I don't know why people having preferences for appearance is considered shallow. Besides.. Usually if you're toned as hell, hair doesn't go with it.

To moon read my secondary comment. Its the audily going ewww like a child would to broccoli that makes them shallow. Not the preference. And yes. It would. If a guy actually said ewww out loud if he saw some girl with hairy pits or arms or vag or anything then he'd be shallow and very immature because body hair is a thing that happens.
