Gordon Ramsey is very different. Unlike Gordon Ramsey he never actually practiced the craft. He never wrote a line of code or engineered a single part of the computers. He was a great marketer but nothing more than that. Whereas gordon ramsey is one of the most revered chefs in the word with three michelin stars and 12 very successful restaurants. In short, one has been around and knows how shit works, the other got lucky to be around brilliant engineers.

your comment reminds me of LC Tiffany who is famous in the stained glass world but really he was just the Martha Stewart of the late 1800's. none of the windows that came out of his studio were made by him. he was just really good at hiring tremendously talented people and then taking credit for all of it. he is especially famous for "inventing" opalescent glass but its a well know fact in the stained glass world that he stole the formula for opalescent glass from a man named John Lafarge who had already applied for the patent. anyway totally off the subject i know but its funny how somethings never change.

There's a jobcentre around here that has a huge Steve Jobs quote on their window. It really irks me because SJ was not a good boss, he was terrifying.
