What about the screen ripped half way off the window? Yardwork? You can see a tiny patch of grass and dirt and that plant looks like it needs to be trimmed

thats a tree like thing i had one... but it'll look like that within a week of being trimmed. the driveway is very clean, probably pressure washed regularly. no grass or plants up against the wall so its at least weed whacked. the wall is clean as fuck so probably pressure washed. yard work doesnt just mean plants its all aspects of the yard

That whole house could very well be dilapidated it's one thing to compliment the yard or gate but you can't very well say it's "a fine ass house" because you have no idea the condition.

its reasonable to extrapolate it though. even before this conversation ir eallllyyy wanted to see the house because i was assuming it was nice and interesting just from the info available in the photo
