I don't think it is Seattle. I know that looks like the Space Needle but I'm fairly certain it's not. The Needle is only on the left side of the skyline when looking from the sound, this looks like a lake. Also, no mountains visible.

Or you could have literally just said that you don't think that's Seattle and we'd all be cool about it instead of attempting to impress us all with your knowledge of the Location of the Space Needle

Possibly Sydney? The space needle building? looks like The Eye but from the opposite side of the harbour

I was going off of the space needle looking building, but if it's not (thanks crfwannabe for the very clear explanation) then I have no idea.
