im hoping when she moves around or something it makes sense. like if its sheer fabric connecting it to the rest i think it look really pretty fwoofing around as she walks. but it comes in kinda tight on the top seam of the yellow so i dont think its likely it works like that. perhaps they pulled the skirt down and kept straight faces to make a funny photo.
