I think that's mainly because it's a really intense movie. I really enjoyed it, but there were moments when I was squirming in my seat or had to look away for a moment. It wasn't that it was too gruesome, or something. It was just that it was so - for lack of a better word - intense.
I'm honestly a little scared of movies that are based off of things that really happened. Especially war, and the scene where the music stops and its just the sounds of gunfire, arrows hitting the boat, and mean screaming.... I don't know it just really freaks me out knowing that something similar has happened before. I'm sure it'll be a great movie, but too good at showing what it wants to for me
I thought it was quite well made in terms of setting cinematography etc and Leonardo DiCaprio was amazing but I thought it could have wound up a little quicker
