Yep. If a cop wanted to be pricky he sure could. In my state it's up to $500. Two spaces looks like $1000 to me!

I don't know. In Ohio it is a minimum $250, max $500. Either Indiana or Michigan (I don't remember which one I saw the sign in) I think it is $150 minimum. Maybe max is the same? The feds like to tell the states what to do so maybe max is same min is different. I stay out of handicapped spots to be safe.
