The reason steroids are not allowed in sports is because they hurt the athletes. Long periods of steroid use can cause some major issues. Makeup doesn't. At most it'll clogged up your pores
that depends on whether we're talking strictly makeup as in bb cream and mascara or we're talking all the shit people who do beauty pageants pay for to look better. that is one crazy ass long list full of insanely unhealthy things that could easily be compared to steroid abuse.
as for unfair advantage vs physical damage, well... i really do hope the latter is considered more important in this touchy-feely, all-around-concerned, bio/vegan/superhealthy world.
That said, I've got a couple friends who're into drag, and you really wouldn't think you could take two pounds off someone's jawline by adding a pound of makeup, but... apparently, you totally can.
I once spent about ten minutes flirting with a really gorgeous chick at a bar before my friend stopped laughing long enough to tell me she was a dude in drag. I don't know if he was just humoring me or gay, but he didn't seem to mind the attention. With enough Jagermeister I'd have probably still given him a shot. Thank God I was drinking Corona instead!
