Bookhoarder (taggedhash at the time) was being stalked by someone who literally made an account to bully him. It ended with them both getting banned.

I think that was way after ns went inactive. Basically user bookhoarder was being harrassed by a guest for a good few months and then got banned. I'm pretty sure whoever "guest" is is still here.
