I agree but I can't think of a better place to be in an apocalypse. There's no way to get to you, you're good on supplies and fuel for years, and if shit hits the fan you can blow stuff up and have a quick death.

Death in a submarine isnt quick. You either drown or get crushed to death by the water pressure.
