Yes. Everyone needs to treat everyone else as fellow human beings regardless of race, sex, orientation, religion, disabilities, or anything else. This doesn't mean you give one group preferential treatment, it also doesn't mean you hold one group back. Everyone should have freedom to pursue their dreams, and their results should be based on how hard they work at it, not whether or not they receive help from the government.
