I go to bed at 10:40 pm only to wake up at 05:50 feeling so sleepy i could literally sleep on the floor. And if i try to take a nap in the afternoon i wake up almost 5 hours later feeling a little grumpy and confused.
I'm aware sleep cycles last around 1 and a half hour, but i don't always follow this timming. Especially because i study at night, and it would make me sleep less than i currently do.
