No actually that is the rear of a white tail deer that somebody taxidermied a set of eyes and mouth on.

Haha guys this photos is actually way older than 3 years. Its been floating around for yearsss. Its actually a deers ass that was taxidermy. They flipped it upside down and the stuck eyes and mouth in it. Look close you can see the deers asshole. Lol
