Well yeah hed be a great president for a socialist country but america isnt socialist. Socialism is great for small countries. Marco Rubio said in the debate that "bernie sanders is a great presidential candidate...for sweden" America has 320 million people and counting we are simply to big. We will end up like the Soviet Union and collapse because we will over spend ourselves.

If that's the reason why you think the Soviet Union collapsed, then you don't know much about history, the US, or Bernie Sanders.

Bernie isn't bad though imo, neither is socialism... like look at health care, that's a socialist idea and it's some good shit.

Yeah it is as a student i like the idea but let me say why that hasnt happened in the states yet. America has been historically fearful of a strong central government many older citizens typically vote against socialist ideals like this in fear that the government will intervine more in their lives. They also know that in order to fund this free government stuff they will pay more taxes and thats something they dont want.

Thats also very true. Example the Houston medical center is one of the most advanced, best funded, and largest medical facilities in the world
