I just showed this to my red-green colorblind friend and she couldn't make out what it said

It was just a brown mass of squiggles to her
Until I pointed out the shapes, and then she saw it
I don't think anybody would see it on their own unless somebody pointed out the shapes to them

It says "Fuck the Colour blind" in green with"Happy birthday" in blue over top.

As a somewhat color blind person, I can confirm we wouldn't see this without looking closely.
